Blueberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients 

3 cups fresh blueberries ▢½-¾ cup sugar, depending on the sweetness of your berries ▢½ tablespoon cornstarch ▢2 tablespoons water

Add the blueberries and sugar to a medium saucepan.

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water.

Step 2

 Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot and stir to combine.

Step 3

Heat the sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently, until simmering. 

Step 4

Simmer 2-3 minutes, gently mashing some of the blueberries with your spoon, until thickened.

Step 5

Serve warm and refrigerate any leftovers.
